RFQ / contact form: your name, business email, company, country, product interest and message — the details needed to prepare a quotation.

Online chat (Tawk.to): chat transcripts and any contact details you share during the conversation.

Anonymous usage statistics: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate region, collected by Google Analytics (GA4) and Yandex Metrica. These tools do not tell us your name or email.

We do not collect payment data, passwords or sensitive personal data on this website.

2. How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry with pricing, lead time and certification documents.

To communicate about samples, orders, production updates and after-sales support that you request.

To improve our website content and user experience based on aggregated, anonymous statistics.

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails — you hear from us only in the context of your inquiry or order.

3. What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

We do not share your details with third parties except the service providers listed below, and only to operate this website and our communication channels.

4. Third-party services

Netlify (hosting & form processing): our website and RFQ form are hosted on Netlify; form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify so they reach our sales team.

Tawk.to (live chat): chat messages are processed by Tawk.to under its own privacy policy.

Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica (statistics): these services use cookies to produce anonymous, aggregated usage reports, each under their own privacy terms.

5. Cookies

This site uses analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica. They recognize returning visits anonymously — they do not identify you as an individual.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the website and the RFQ form continue to work without analytics cookies.

6. Data retention & security

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle your project and any resulting business relationship, then deleted or anonymized.

Access to inquiry data is limited to our export sales team.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing Lisa@e-uniwill.com. We respond within 7 working days.

If you previously contacted us and want your conversation history removed from our chat or email records, the same address applies.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
