Can you produce displays under our own brand (white label)?

Yes. White-label manufacturing is our core business. We customize the bezel logo, boot-up screen, launcher UI, pre-installed apps, user manual and retail packaging across smart boards, digital signage and mobile smart screens, so the product ships fully branded as yours.

Do you support SKD or CKD supply for local assembly?

Yes. Besides fully finished units, we can supply SKD (semi-knocked-down) and CKD (completely-knocked-down) kits for partners who assemble locally — including panels, mainboards, structural parts, and technical documentation for your assembly line.

How long does a sample take, and what does it cost?

Standard samples typically ship within 7–15 working days depending on configuration. Customized samples (logo, firmware, packaging) take slightly longer. Sample cost is quoted per configuration and is refundable or deductible against your first volume order.

Can you support our project tenders and bids?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly support project contractors and integrators in tenders with spec sheets, mechanical drawings, certification documents, product photos, and SDK access where needed. Tell us the tender requirements and we will prepare the documentation pack.

What certifications do your smart boards and displays have for the US market?

Accepted Answer

Our products hold CE, FCC and RoHS certifications, plus CB scheme test certificates and CCC for the Chinese market, and our factory is ISO 9001 certified. Our mobile smart TV line is Google EDLA certified, and EDLA is available as an option on smart boards. Certificates are provided with every quotation.

How do you ship to the United States, and which Incoterms do you support?

We ship from Shenzhen by sea or air. We support common Incoterms including EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP — ocean freight to the US West Coast typically takes about 3–4 weeks. We handle export documentation and can work with your nominated forwarder.

What warranty and spare-parts support do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We provide a 2-year whole-unit warranty on all products, with spare parts available for 10 years — including mainboards, panels, power boards and accessories. Our after-sales team supports you remotely with troubleshooting, firmware updates and RMA handling.

Question 9

What payment terms do you accept for export orders?

Accepted Answer

We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) with a deposit before production and balance before shipment, and L/C for larger orders. Sample orders can be arranged with flexible payment methods. Third-party inspection before shipment is welcome.
